A Call For Experienced Pixel Artists
December 24, 2023 — Legendo Games is looking for experienced 2D pixel artists (16 or 32-bit style) to create sprites and background titles for retro-style games including sidescrollers like TMNT: Shredder’s Revenge, 30XX, Battle Axe, and Katana Zero — links below.
Job Description:
- Create pixel art and animations from scratch or by reworking existing assets.
- “Re-Pixeling” character animations rendered in Blender or Adobe Animate.
- Create background art, including tiles and level blocks in various sizes.
Qualifications:
- Expert user of various pixel art software and tools.
- Experience with macOS/hardware — iMac, MacBook Pro, or Mac Mini (desktop Macs!)
- Keeping up with deadlines — delivering on time.
