WiiWare™ | Episodic Air Combat | TBA
WiiWare™ | Platform Adventure | Out now!
Aside from social gaming (viral gaming?) taking off en masse towards the end of 2009, the other big industry thing for me was that Nintendo sold 3.8 million Wii’s in North America in December alone (not counting Europe or Japan), that’s the highest console sales in a month – EVER – on record! In comparison, 2.7 million PlayStation 2’s were sold in December 2002, the previous largest month (on record) for a stationary console. Apparently, the Wii craze is far from over, and unsurprisingly, motion controls are here to stay. Awesomeness in a jar!
Hopefully even more people will connect their Wii’s to the Internet and try out the rather spiffy WiiWare service, as you might know, the first Pearl Harbor Trilogy game (which we’re calling Red Sun Rising) is planned for release in North America this spring. We could use some more fans to help make the game a success, there’s a Facebook button at the bottom of the official website, so feel free to enlist!
We’re calling it quits for the year, so all of us would like to wish you a great New Year’s Eve and here’s too a great 2010. Cheers!

Porthos is the chubby hero of our platform adventure The Three Musketeers. If you’re feeling a little creative over Christmas, now you can fold your own Porthos paperdoll! Up and coming graphic designer Bryan Green from New York created the paper foldable for us (Bryan has also created dolls for Street Fighter and Fable, you see, he’s really good at that!).
Oh, almost forgot — click the PDF icon below to download a version for print.
Merry Christmas to you all!
